Job description:
1, responsible for the jurisdiction of the regional market planning, sales team building and management, to lead the team to achieve sales goals;
2. Responsible for the development of new customers and the maintenance of old customers who have established cooperative relations, and coordinate the communication with customers.
3, timely implementation of the company's sales policy and promotional activities, tracking control and management of customers' money back;

Recruitment requirements:
1. College degree or above;
2, good communication and language skills, love sales, pioneering spirit and hard working quality, willing to accept challenges and bear pressure;
3 or 5 years of experience in the retail channels of automotive coatings industry, especially for 3 years of management experience in sales channels, and the sales experience of auto parts or automobile coatings is preferred.
4. Technical experience in color matching or painting is preferred.
