Job description:
1. Responsible for planning the regional market, building and managing the sales team, and leading the team to achieve the sales target;
2, responsible for new customer development and maintenance of established relationships with the old customers, coordinate and communicate with customers;
3, timely delivery of the implementation of the companys sales policies and promotional activities, tracking, control, management, customer returns;

Recruitment requirements:
1 、 college degree or above;

3, 5 years or above experience in retail sales of automotive coatings industry, 3 years management experience in sales channel, sales experience in auto parts or automotive coatings is preferred;
4. Technical experience in color matching or painting is preferred;
5, obey the company regional mobilization arrangement, have good team building, management ability;
